Free Athletic Physicals for 2024-2025

The Coffee High School and Coffee Middle School Athletic Offices have announced the free physical dates for this year.

All current 9th-12 grade students who plan to participate in athletics next school year should pick up a physical form from their head coaches as soon as possible and attend the free physical event at Coffee High School on Thursday, April 11 in the Clayton W. Mathis Performing Arts Center from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.  Current 9th graders can pick up a physical form at GWCFC.

All current 5th-8th grade students who plan to participate in athletics next school year should attend the free physical event at the CMS Auditorium on Thursday, April 18th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Current 5th-7th grade students will need to get a CMS physical form from Coach Brown at CMS (or download here). Current 8th graders will need to get a high school physical form from Coach Brown.
