Over 90 system-wide food service personnel prepare over 10,500 meals per day in the Coffee County School System. An average of 6,700 lunches and 3,800 breakfasts are served daily.

Our staff continuously strives to provide healthy meals that are appealing to our students. Good nutritional habits are stressed to help students to develop a positive eating lifestyle.  

An average of 84% of our students participated in the School Lunch Program last school year while 49% participated in the Breakfast Program. At lunch, 19%  paid for meals, while 73% received meals at no charge, and 8% received reduced price lunches. At breakfast, the percentages were 10% paid, 83% free, and 7% reduced price. All of the Coffee County Schools participate in the breakfast and lunch program.
